At Tyler David, we take pride in the quality of our merchandise. Because all items are made to order, we have a limited refund policy.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We accept refunds or replacements only for items that arrive damaged or defective. To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery. We are unable to process returns outside of this timeframe.

  • You must include clear photo evidence showing the damage or defect.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size

  • Incorrect color

  • Change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

SHIPPING ISSUES

If your order appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we will assist in coordinating with the fulfillment provider.
